This parking lot is located next to our 848 Wayne Ave. house and is just below IUP’s Wallwork hall.
This parking lot is located behind our 314 IUP rental and is directly behind Taco bell on Oakland Ave.
This parking lot is located behind our Garman Ave apartments and is also used for our 930 Wayne Ave tenants.
This parking lot is located behind our 937/935 house and for our Garman Ave and 930 Wayne Ave. tenants if needed.
Our 1077 Church street tenants have the option to purchase one parking spot per unit from the Indiana Borough.
