If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to us. We strive to provide affordable, quality housing and a caring and relaxed atmosphere. All of our housing is furnished and all utilities (with the exception of internet/cable) are included. We personally take care of all maintenance issues, usually the same day. We take maintenance very seriously. Every apartment is cleaned and thoroughly inspected prior to move in.
We are financial aid friendly. We do not mind waiting for your student to receive a financial refund in order to pay rent. Our lease is an individual lease from a financial standpoint. You and your student are only responsible for their individual share of the rent. We require each tenant to have a parent or guardian complete, sign and return the parental/guardian lease form. By signing this form, you are guaranteeing that your student understands and is able to complete the financial obligation.
Each prospective tenant receives a copy of the parental lease form. Parents are required to complete all necessary information and return the form to us via the email system it is sent through or by having your student turn it into us directly.
