For repairs, maintenance or inspection purposes: landlord reserves the right to enter any/all unfinished basements where access to main systems essential to the operation of the premises reside (water heaters, furnaces, electrical panels, etc...). These areas are not a part of the main living space, but may include storge or laundry areas and have a separate outside entrance from the rest of the property.
